1. Information We Collect

FakeLive does not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email, phone number, or account information. No sign-up or login is required.

The nickname, viewer count target, custom comment/donation pools, concept preset, effects settings, recording settings, and selected filter that you enter in the app are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to FakeLive's servers.

2. Camera Permission

FakeLive uses your front camera to display a live preview. Camera frames are used only for:

Frames are processed on-device only; they are not uploaded to any server.

3. Screen Recording

FakeLive includes an in-app screen recording control powered by Apple's ReplayKit. Recording starts only when you choose to start it. The recorded video is handled by iOS and shown in the system preview so you can save, share, or discard it. FakeLive does not upload the recording to our servers and does not separately store copies of your videos.

4. Face Detection

When the "Heart Hat" filter is enabled, Apple's Vision framework performs face-rectangle detection on-device. Results are used immediately for overlay drawing and are not stored, transmitted, or turned into identifying information.

5. Advertising

FakeLive may display Google AdMob banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may be used to unlock or apply optional app features such as additional concept presets. FakeLive does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission; ads are served in non-personalized form.

AdMob may collect general device info (model, OS version), coarse location (from IP), and ad impression/click events for ad serving. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy for details.

6. Crash Reporting

To improve stability, Firebase Crashlytics may collect anonymous crash reports in Release builds. These include the stack trace at crash time, device model, and OS version. No personally identifiable information is included.

7. Remote Config

Firebase Remote Config may fetch settings such as comment-pool activation and super-chat effect frequency. No personal data is sent in this process; only anonymous device identifiers are used.

8. Third-Party Sharing

FakeLive does not share user personal data with third parties. The ads, crash reporting, and remote config SDKs noted above are operated by Google and follow Google's own policies.

9. Your Rights

You can edit or delete your nickname, settings, custom comments, and donation pools directly in the app. The "Reset All Data" menu wipes all on-device settings. Deleting the app also removes the data stored on your device.

10. Children

FakeLive does not knowingly collect data from users under 14. If a younger user uses the app, parental consent is strongly recommended.
